Floss and brush teeth while water runs to a little warmer than lukewarm. Dr Bronner's everywhere since I've a shaved head. Head first, shave if i need to (all in the shower). Face scrub with a silicone motor face scrubber. Then pits and ass. Use a douche if I'm seeing some action, just til water runs clear. Take some time to clean dick cause I'm uncut. Gotta get under foreskin really clean. Then a once over with a silicone scrubber. All in all it can take from 10 mins for a quick rinse or 45 if I've to shave and douche.
