How to Measure
We suggest choosing underwear size based on your waist size. If you have a thicker bottom or prefer a looser fit we recommend going up one size for a more comfortable fit.
1. Waist: Measure around your waist, slightly below your natural waist.

2. Inseam: The inseam runs from the crotch of your underwear to the bottom of the opening. To measure, place tape along the inside leg, from the crotch seam to the leg opening.
